What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

My lease says that if I break anything on it, the landlord can "terminate rights of possession" with or without notice. And that "the retention of possession by Tenant shall constitute as a forcible detainer."

Also, "Whether the lease be terminated of not, Tenant agrees to surrender possession of demised premises immediately upon the request of the Landlord, and hereby grants Landlord full and free license to enter into and upon premises, with or without due process of law, and to expel and remove Tenant or any other person, and Landlord may use such force in and about expelling and remvoing Tenant and such other persons as he may deem to be necessary."

Also, it says at the "termination of rights of possession" I have to remove everything immediately and every day that I don't I am charged twice the amount of rent.

It also says that if the lease is terminated the landlord can remove my property sell it or destroy it, with or without notice.

I know landlords have to go through eviction processes, but is it legal for someone to sign away their rights?

Completely illegal lease...

A LL CANNOT force a tenant to sign away ANY LEGAL RIGHT afforded to them in their states LL/T laws.

Looks like the LL uses this threat to try and force their will upon their tenants...

Charging double rent each day is unconscionable, and will not hold in a court of law, neither will the rest of the lease.

That's what I was hoping. Thanks! And thanks just answering the question instead of talking down on me like some of these people.

why would you even consider renting from him? Since you stated that your lease says....

I would assume you didn't read it before you signed.

Personally, I like his lease.
Too bad it's illegal.
