I am 25yrs old I have a husband and two boys age 7 and 5. In 2015 I started to live with my parents. Before living with them they asked me if I. An pay $700 i said yes. But I My husband was going to pay it be sure he works and I go to community college. But my husband was only able to pay $700 for the two months and my dad reduced rent to $500. I take the boys to school and also my two younger (15 and 11 yrs old) sisters. Month of Nov. 2017 he wants to raise the rent but We cannot pay for it. I am still in school and don't have a job. Can my father evict us? If he files a claim ?

Of course he can evict you if he gives you notice to either pay increased rent or leave and you do not do so. I suggest that you get a part time job so that you can help your husband pay for the rent increase.

Sounds like you need to become a part time student and get yourself a job so you can afford to pay your rent.
