What is the name of your state? Michigan

I was employed by a company 3 years ago, then I paid cobra for a while after they laid me off. I stopped paying and got other jobs. As it turns out, a hospital bill of $6,000 got paid by the old companies policy. Am I eve liable to pay this back if they find the mistake?

So you think that as long as your employer pays the premiums you should be able to get your bills paid even if you don't pay your employer what you owe him for them?

What color is the sky in your world?

Of course if you had other insurance at the time of the service, THEY will pay back the other insurance company. If I were you I'd call your old company and straighten this out before it gets any worse.

Sure. And I answered your question. Sorry you didn't get the answer you wanted, but that's life

I just calls them as I sees them.
