ex-wife gets ticket in ex-husbands car

The divorce was final in 1998, she got the car he got the truck. She refuses to change the car registration to her name. Was caught by the photo radar van speeding and received a ticket in the mail. The ticket is in my husbands name since the registration is still in his name. The photo is clearly her driving. What leagal action can we take to force her to remove his name. I'm afraid she'll hurt or kill someone in that car and it will come back to haunt him. He drives for a living and this could also cause problems with his employer. HELP!

In DC if you receive a ticket in the mail (we have red light cameras here) there is a place on the back of the ticket where you can write the name of the person who was actually driving the vehicle and give their address. You have to sign the ticket and send it in. They then go after the person you named...
As for getting him off of the title/registration, your best bet is probably your DMV office. There may be some form he can fill out to show he has no ownership of the car...
