Dispute the accounts with the credit bureau as not being your accounts. That should get them removed from your credit report.

Are you positive you are not a "co-signer" on these cards? If you are legally obligated, there are much bigger problems in the future for you when she defaults on the payments.

Divorce decrees are not binding on creditors.

Thats just the thing, since I've taken my name off each of the two cards, they wont let me do anything but pay on them.Ofcourse they don't care where the money comes from. The bill comes in her name, and as far as the cc companies are comncerned,I hhave no obligatiion to the cards. But it is stil on my credit report.

If I were you, I would ask the credit card company to send me a letter stating that I had no financial responsibility.

I am a lot more worried about you being nailed for financial responsibility than the credit report thing for right now.

The only thing they do is automaticaly generate a letter to the address of the card holder(my address).
This letter only states that I have taken my name off the card.I've tried to get them to send a fax to my broker stating I have no obligation to the card. They refuse to do so...even if I talk to a supervisor or manager I GET THE RUN AROUND.

If they refuse to verify then, if I were you, I'd send them all letters, immediately, Certified RRR, stating that you want your name removed from the accounts, and that effective immediately, you are no longer financially liable for new charges on the accounts.

Make clear in each letter that this is not the first time you are demanding your name be removed from the account. For each letter, state the date and manner in which you first demanded your name be removed from the respective account.

This is just a CYA procedure.
