What is the name of your state? CP and child Fla.

Hubby's ex put in she wanted to see the child. She has supervised visits with her mom supervising in the St of Fla. Hubby wrote back asked her to send some dates she would like to come. Once he received the letter, he wrote back saying so an so dates were fine, and by the way here are the dentist bills from the child. This has been the second time hubby sent copies of the bills to her at her P.O box. They are to split whats not covered 50/50. He first sent the bills to her back in Jan., she claimed it and then she hehauled about sending payment. And even got to the point she would write him and say "the money is in the mail". Of course it was just another lie upon many many others. Anyways, hubby wants to get reimbursted for her portion of whats due. The only address she will give him is a p.o. box. All mail sent to her is registered, return receipt and the dang letter came back.
So, does anyone have any other ideas on to how to get mail to her?
Hubby even had it sent to her job- (the one she claims not to be working at, but yet answers the phone and claims she is there cause her step-dad and brother work there and then says she is waiting for her SSI to kick in.). But how can she be served with these bills? Right now it's just to much for hubby to drop work and go 8 hrs north to proceed with court at this time. All in due time as she rackes up more evidence against her. In the mean time everything is documented and all writings are collected to the evidence can.
But any ideas is surely welcomed.....
