was stopped in southern ca,60 east no radar cop wrote ticket for exceeding 100 mph, should I plead no contesta or should I plead guilty

My response:

I like that, "No Contesta." You must be Italian, right?

Anyway, you'd only plead "no contest" if there was a Civil case against you. That way, evidence and your plea in the quasi-criminal matter couldn't be used against you in the Civil matter.

Your only other choice then is to plead "Guilty" if that's what you want to do. I would suggest, at least, that you should consult an attorney before you do anything.
