What is the name of your state? Florida

I understand Social Security disability, VA disability, and military retirement are exempt from forefiture in a Chapter 7 BK. If my only income is from these sources, will I need to prepare a list of living expenses?

Yes... you still have to fill out the Income form AND the expense form.

Even if those incomes are exempt, they're still used to evaluate your finances for 'substantial abuse'.
