what about whole life ins policy

it has cash value of or loan value of 10000
when i got sick i borrowed 8900 against it for bills living expenses
untill i started getting my ssd benifits i did not list it when filed
i had ins co send me letter showing how much i borrowed and amount
or net cash value of policy
lawyer filed before i got this
