my father will not disclose any information regarding the living trust my great grandmother set up. He is executor of my grandmothers trust (she had a stroke and he jumped right in). He has gone off the deep end(signs of a nervous breakdown), will not let us visit my grandmother at all(she said to me,"I want to come with you, you don't know these people") and to top it off he had the nerve to file a restraining order against me falsely accusing me and my brother of wrongdoings!

It is a nightmare and I am going to court on the 16th to, "give any legal reason why the orders requested in the attatched application should not be granted." I can state the truth, the bottom line being my fathers and his book keeping accountant girlfriends unjust paranoid fear of losing control the money.
(He is a multi-millionaire)

What should I do from a legal standpoint? All help greatly appreciated!

My response:

First of all, all because this involves your family, doesn't mean it's a "Family Law" matter. Yours comes under the heading of "Wills and Trusts".

Second, no one will be able to answer you with any semblence of law because you're too emotional, and because you failed to give us your State name.

Third, you have given no background information at all; only conclusions. So, we have no idea what the heck is going on or what you're talking about except through extrapolation from your emotional outbursts.

Calm down, place your post on the proper Board, give some proper background information leading up to your conclusions, and stop being so emotional. If you can't do that, see an attorney local to you.

Good luck. You're going to need it.
