What is the name of your state? MI
My husband & I will be filing seperately. He will be moving in with relatives shortly -- he will then have a different address for filing. He may not have certain living expenses (rent, utilties, etc.) will staying with family but will as soon as he is able to find a place of his own.
My question is.... can he list rent, utilities, etc as living expenses on the bk documents even though he is not currently incurring them but plans to soon?
