I live in Kentucky, and I turned 18 on May 6th of 2001. Eleven days before my 18th birthday my parents took me to court and charged me with being beyond reasonable control and the judge extended my jurisdiction until 19 and court ordered to live at home until then as well. A restraining order was also placed on my fiance' and his family. Is ther anyway to get out of this or should we just skip the state?

If you skip state, it will make it 10 times worse.

What was the reason your parents did this? I mean, they must have had a reason and then proof for a judge to order this?
