What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
pa- many people in my condo development are upset about an extra $100.00 charge our association gave us for repair of roofs on 4 units. i have requested too see the annual budget. what action can we take to disput the charge. would a petition help? our board is getting out of hand with charges.

When was the last time you actually ATTENDED a board meeting?? Have you read your board 'rules' (By-Laws, CCR's, etc.)?? The process of reviewing records and how to 'dispute' should be stated in them.
