My ex has moved out of the country. He now resides in England and is unemployed. Can he be extradited for child support?

while I feel bad for nice people who get screwed by deadbeats, I cant help but laugh when I think of all the wonderful places I could move if my daughter's mom keeps badgering me and screwing me over. Maybe she just doesnt realize how far my savings would go in some of these poverty-stricken tiny paradise islands spread aroudn the carribbean. heh. meanwhile I will keep trying to use courts to get a deal that doesnt feel like a rosebush up my arse.
