My former wife was awarded our home in the divorce (michigan). She never transfered the home into her name and has now defaulted and the home is going into repossesion. This is going on my credit. What can i do? The credit company is aware of this and refusing to honor a court order. they were informed over a year ago, When they gave a home loan on my current home. HELP
