facing 3dwi

I am from NJ with two prior dwi's, facing third...I was in a parked car with motor off,i a parking lot,my passenger was going to drive the car home before the police pulled up . first appointment with lawyer in two days, was thinking of moving to another state to relocate before i go to court and getting a license from that state. i plan to remain in that state, but will i lose my license in that state as well?

I would seriously hope you would lose your license in both states. Especially under Clinton's new plans, DWI is a hot topic right now. With three strikes I would have to think you would lose it.
