What is the name of your state?WA

I received a summons (in person) from a lawyer representing a credit card company. The summons states that a lawsuit has been started against me. One lawyer I consulted on the phone said if there is no case number on it (there isn't) it's a fake summons, but when I brought it to a bankruptcy attorney, they told me it was real and urged me to hurry and file so my wages won't be garnished. What's the truth? Thanks.
