First, you beat the criminal charges. Then you hire an attorney and see if you can sue the person who allegedly made knowingly false statements about you that landed you in jail.

Keep in mind that being found not guilty or having the charges dropped are not the same as saying that the accusations were false.

Race plays a part of an internet forum when like-minded people repeatedly choose to play games over and over - nearly always directed at minorities asking questions. Especially when they play off one another's posts to demean the person who's admitted to a minority heritage.

Some of us lurk....a pattern of behavior can be observed when you do that.
