What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? State of concern Ms. I live in Wa.now.I was charged with a felony in march 09,and held without a bond hearing for 4 months.Is this at all illegal?And I wasnt released for a year.The man who pressed the charges moved in my house 2 weeks after I was charged.after being in jail for seven months he pressed another felony charge against me.Its a very small town,and they dragged my name through the papers.Even the investigator told me that he knew what was goin on.After a year I was released without no conviction on a lesser charge or an indictment.Is there any legal recourse that can be done?I have lost everything and been reducrd to moving back with my mom at 40.I need some advice badily.
