My soon to be x son-in-law has made statements to the court that we are drug users. it not true. and we are all willing to take drug test to prove it.
can he be charged with any thing. like making false statements to the court

By "we"...do you mean you AND your daughter?...or you and your husband?
Is your daughter living with you and that is why he made the accusation? Is he trying to prove your home to be unfit?

He can't really be charged with anything, but it won't help his credibility with the judge.
