False CPS Report

I'm not sure where to put this but I need to know how I can go about reporting someone for falsley reporting me to cps. They came to my house late friday night because of the report that was made and when she cam in and seen my kids/me and apt she knew the report was false. The case has to stay opened for 30 days anyway but what can I do after it's found "unfounded"?

No anyone can report anything . No action will be taken about the report , but as you were advised the LL may be charged with harassment on the other issues , and you were advised if the LL illegally enters again or harasses you call the police , and insist on an arrest .
