What is the name of your state? Texas

Alright,

My brother works for Alantic Air, a fairly big corporation. I found out someone sprayed glue on someones window. They called two suspected guys including my brother and told them they were fired. Afterwards the boss said they were really fired and that he was trying to get one of them to confess. Is this legal? Is it possible for us to sue?

**A: were they or weren't they fired?

Did you mean to say that "afterwards, the boss said they WEREN'T really fired..."?

No, this isn't illegal, whether or not they were really fired. Stupid of course but there's no basis for legal action.
