ANOTHER REPORT BY THE MOTHER
On Feb 28, the dept received a report alleging the sexual abuse by the father. The report indicated that the mother said that her husband was touching her son inappropriately.
That the son told her that when the son bathes with his father, he plays with ‘daddy’s wiwi’. The wife reported that she has also see the father ‘flicking’ at his son’s ‘wiwi’. She reported that the father has been taking bubble baths with her son and touching him inappropriately since he was small. The mother reported that she had not said anything during the initial investigation because she had not realized it was inappropriate until she learned that it was wrong in parenting class. The mother said that the father tells his son to hit her because she is “Loca”. She also stated that her husband manipulates things because she is deaf and that he wants to make her look bad. She also stated that her husband has been displaying inappropriate behavior around the house, specifying that he sits at the computer watching pornography and masturbates, and then leaves tissues and napkins with semen on them lying around.
A forensic interview of the son was taken that day.
Also on that day the maternal aunt (my wife’s sister in law) and her daughter and reported that she is the provider for the (my wife). She reported that she is at the house every day from noon until 3:30 pm and reported that she has not seen the mother use drugs or alcohol. She reported that she helps (my wife) with everything, including paying the bills and that at times (my wife) would not have money for the rent or anything because the father would take the money out from her SSI checking account. She reported that she has found “napkins and rags” full of dry sperm in the drawers.
On April 4, contact was made with the complainants sister-in-law at the CPS office. The sister-in-law notified the dept of a court order that was given to the mother of the child that gave the father temporary custody of the child. The sister-in-law reported that she is afraid to continue caring for the boy and is afraid of the father because she says that he has been passing by her house. She reported that she did not want any problems.
I contacted the childs father and he reported that he wanted the child with him because he had been given temporary custody of the child on April 1st. The father was advised that he could not have the child because of the pending sexual abuse investigation against him.\\
I contacted the mothers therapist who reported that he was not recommending that the child be reunified with the mother at this current time because of her past history of substance abuse and depression. She is pending a psychological evaluation.
It was determined that it would be in the best interest of the child to be placed in protective custody due to validation of the sexual abuse allegations against the father. The fathers continued access to the child, concerns regarding placement of the child with the mother due to her depression, her history of substance abuse, and concerns that were raised by her therapist, in addition, the childs maternal aunt. Has expressed that she is not able to care for the child at this time, as she is fearful of the father, and the family has been unable/unwilling to provide an alternate voluntary placement for the child.
The reasons for the removal of the child has been explained to the mother, maternal aunt. The mother indicated that she did not feel that she was currently capable of caring for her son due to her mental health status, and because she is fearful of her husband. The maternal aunt has recently bought a new home and would like to be considered in the future to care for the boy.

EVERYTHING THE MOTHER AND HER NIECE SAID ARE COMPLETELY FALSE.
I reported my wife 2 times for abuse and 1 for violating safety plan by CPS. (Drinking and hitting my son). Her family is furious because I reported the mother, (even though I have gone to them to talk to her and to provide help for her, and they said they couldn’t do anything, because she’s a big girl and no one can change her).
CHARGES 21.11 (indecency with a child) according to what I’ve read

Since then, a friend of mine has received a call from the maternal aunt, trying to intimidate him by saying that she helps get local judges and attorneys and political candidates voted into office and is well connected with them and she will do her best to cause a lot of trouble for me and have me jailed when ever she wants, and that it would be in his best interest to remain a friend of mine. She called using profanity and threats, in addition she had my wife on the phone who repeated what she had said. Being concerned about the call, my friend called me and made a police report.
Since I first reported the abuse, I have had my vehicle vandalized (windows smashed, radio smashed), nothing was taken just smashed, while it was inside the gates to my rental house (she remained in the house and I was living at another location waiting for her to move out so that I can finish getting the rest of my belongings)
My closest family lives in Ark and Fla. I live in Texas. I always lived a clean and honest life, I have never been arrested or even received a moving violation.
How can I defend myself against her family and the CPS who is kostly on her side because the investigater took a liking to her and who (I know), feels sorry for her because my wife is deaf…………
I have never abused my son in any way, I have never, never had any sexual intentions with my son. I have a strong desire to continue being a good father to my son !
On May 4th, I will be going to court to face the charges against me and to try to save my son from the CPS. I want my son back where he can be safe.
What did I do ? The attorneys here are layed back and are afraid to make waves for the judges so that they can continue working in the court house.
What can I do ?????
I’m 54 years old and my wife is 42.….. My son is 6 years old.
