here is a rundown of my case at present
PART 1 (see next screen for part 2)
Accusations by my wife, as per Child Protective Service Specialist #1
The report indicate the **** had made an outcry of sexual abuse against his father. The report stated that the father bathes with his son and that they play with each other's penises. It was further alleged that the father has made hicky's on his son's neck. and that a pubic hair had been found on his son's bed. The father is alleged to watch adult pornographic movies and lock himself in a room in order to use the computer.
AFTER FORENSIC INTERVIEW OF SON: by ADVOCACY CENTER:
Son stated that he and his parents play games on the computer such as dodgeball and badminton. He denied that he has ever seen pictures of people without clothing on the computer. He denied that anyone has touched him on his private parts. He proceeded to say that he and his father take baths together and that they play a game called "Mr Grabber and Mr. Goodhand. Hevstated that his father uses his hands and does funny things with them; for example. he stated that one hand hits the other one and then falls into the water. He stated "Mr. Grabber and Mr. Goodhand" tell him not to listen to his father and that his father makes the voices for the hands. He reported that he and his father are both nude when they take a bath. He described seeing his father touch his own private part, but denied that his father touches his private part. He then stated that on one occasion his father squeezed his private part so hard that it hurt. however he no longer does that. He said that his father tells "Mr Grabber" to squeeze his own "wee-wee" hard. He denied that he has ever seen anything come out of the wee-wee" but admitted he sometimes closes his eyes. He stated that sometimes his father would tell him that Mr. Grabber and Mr. Goodhand" are going to kiss each other. He said that he has seen his father's private part and described it as looking big and had black hair around it. He denied that he has touched it. He stated that his father said it was "good". He described that when they are taking a bath together he and his father are both sitting facing each other with their legs in front of them. He stated that his father looks up and makes funny noises. He stated that after the bath they get a towel and his father helps him wash his back and they dry up, and put the towel around him. He stated that his father began bathing with him when he turned six years old. ("I helped bathe my son since he was born") He indicated that his father no longer does that. He stated that his mother is in the house when they take a bath together. however she does bot know about the game because she is "deaf".
NOTE: During the interview, when the son would speak about bathing with his father, I observed that he would start moving back and forth on his chair rubbing his genitals against the chair.
THE FATHERS SIDE
The father denied allegations that he had sexually abused his son. He stated that his wife and her family were making up these allegations in order to retaliate against him for filing a report against his wife with the police dept. He stated that his wife threatened him by telling him that 'he was not going to get his son and if she was not going to get the son, no one was. The father denied that he has ever touched his son's penis with sexual fratification while playing Mr. Grabber & Mr Goodhand. The father stated that he shows his son how to bathe himself with the washcloth and how to wash his penis. He stated that he was unsure if he had squeezed his son's penis or caused him any pain while showing him how to bathe. The father confirmed that they both sit nude in the bathtub facing each other, and repeated that he is merely showing his son how to bathe himself.
FATHERS ALLEGATIONS:
The his wife physically abuses his son and hits him on the head. He stated that his wife is an alcoholic who leaves on weekends and comes home intoxicated.
The father agreed to place his son with the mothers sister-in-law, however he expressed that he was not comfortable with the placement that was chosen. The father felt that it was a poor environment for his son to be in. He feared that her family was going to brainwash his son. The father provided several audio tapes on which he stated he had recorded conversations and arguments between himself and his wife. He also stated that this was proof of his wife’s abuse towards his son.
The father signed the safety plan agreeing to ’CEASE HIS VISITATION WITH HIS SON’ until the investigation.
MOTHERS ALLEGATIO AGAINST FATHER:
She stated that she questioned her son about him touching his father’s private part and he stated he had touched it. She stated that on some occasions, her son would sleep between her and the father and that she would feel the father pull her son closer to him. She stated that at times she wants to be intimate with her husband but that he does not want to touch her. She stated that she caught her husband masturbating in front of the computer, but denied she has seen child pornography in her home.
POLYGRAPH EXAMINATION WAS ADMINISTERED TO FATHER:
The father passed the polygraph!
ADDITIONAL ALLEGATIONS AGAINST THE MOTHER:
The father claimed that the mother would kiss her son’s penis, rub his penis in order to arouse it. Take showers with her son with her breast exposed and had her son squeze her breasts with his hands while he helps her put on or remove her bra. The father said that the mother will scream at her son and threaten to kill him when she is stressed out and hits him on the head with her knuckles because she knows it will not leave marks. The father stated that he had not reported this in the past because he did not think it was abuse. However, he now realizes that it is.
Contact was made with the son at his school by CPS investigator: The son did not make an outcry of sexual abuse, he denied that anyone has ever touched him on his private parts. The son denied that he has ever seen anyone other than his father without their clothes on. His son denied that anyone has told him what to say or what not to say.. The son made no outcry of any kind against his mother.
FINDINGS:
It was determined that a disposition of reason to believe would be given to the allegations of sexual abuse of the son by the father due to the child’s outcry and the way he described his father’s behavior while in the bathtub….

CPS INVESTIGATOR # 2
On Nov 15, 2004 CPS received two reports alleging the physical abuse of the son by his mother. The report indicated that the mother was described as being out of control and that she smoked ’poy’. The report also indicated that on the morning of Nov 15, the mother was alleged to have hit her son with a closed fist for not putting on his shirt, but that the child did not acknowledge that the incident had occurred. It was further stated on the report that the mother is careful not to leave bruises and that she acts ’very lovey dovey’ when other people are around. The 2nd report indicated that the father had verbalized concerns regarding how the mother was disciplining the child. The report indicated that the mother became angry with the son and that he sustained a 2 inch red mark on the front of his neck. The reporter indicated that the mark appeared to be consistant with being caused by the mother grabbing the childs shirt. The mother was described as losing patience with the child and getting physical with him. The report further indicated that the mother is taking medications for diabetes, and that she drinks on a regular basis. Departmental records indicate that the random saliva drug test from both parents were ’Negative’. The case was given a disposition of ruled out for the physical abuse of the son because he denied being physicall disciplined by his mother and did not appear to have suffered any injuries. The son indicated that his mother pulled him by the collar of the shirt, but said that this was as a form of getting his attention since she is deaf/mute.
