i live in new york and am married. my wife continues to take my child (7 years old) to florida with her mother for several weeks at a time, although i am opposed to it. what are my legal rights as a parent and can i prevent it?

Notwithstanding court orders to the contrary, a parent may take their child anywhere in the world that parent chooses.
