I live in chicago,il. i am currently living in a bad marriage my husband refuses to leave, yet he does not take care of his finanical responsibilites, even though he is well capable. i am a homemaker with 3 children. is there a way i can get the finicial assistant i need to support us either through his job or the courts?

Yes, immediately file for a divorce on Monday. That way, the court will ORDER him to pay immediate support for both you and your children.
