hello and thank you for this opportunity! i am pro-se! not only by choice but by money as for most out here that need you im sure! to the point! does west virginia have joint custidy? in my first family law masters court session i was told by law master there was no such thing and i found reason to beleive that that was a blow off!also how to go about asking court for it if there is such in west virginia?
next:i filed for modification of child support back 1-01! my so called attorney i got for that took $800.00 for it and did nothing! anyway i heard from her that they denide it and stuck me with a potencial wage instead of going by my past taxes and my pay stubs. and that the other parties lawyer was to write the order and give it to family law master to get signed then send it out to us. i called family law and all they could tell me was that it still isn't in yet! how can i appeal something i havn't gotten?how long do i have to wait for this?
one last thing! i filed contempt on my ex. for failing to meet court order on phone visitations and have court date and witnesses with proof!how will court handle this or what should i ask court to do? sorry so long but just getting started here so future should be shorter ones.!
thank you!

Sorry dude, but with the questions you have asked, there is no way you would be pro-se by choice if you had money.

There is no specific statutory provision in West Virginia for joint custody. [West Virginia Code; Section 48-2-15]

I suggest you start with this link and page your way through the whole chapter.
