Fastest? CR1 VS K3

What is the name of your state? Az (In the Philippines now)

I see that alot of people are filing for the K3 that have been married for less than a year.

I got married in May 04 and would like to find the fastest route to get my hubby to the US.

We are both in the Philippines, I am USC (tourist visa) he is Iranian (student visa).

Does anyone know which would be faster filing here in Manila, K3 or CR1?

If you are in the Philippines as a tourist and do nott reside there currently, you are most likely not even eligible to do direct consular filing of the I130 and have to go the K3 route.
