What is the name of your state? Oklahoma
My ex and His wife requested more visitation with our daughter. We worked out a verbal schedule. Now it seems like all of the extra time that my daughter is spending there is with the Step mother not her father.
Can anyone tell me if there is anything I can do about the NCP not being the one spending the time with the child?

if you guys only worked out this schedule verbally then you have the option of reverting to the court ordered schedule.

That was my thought. In your opinion ....should I just tell him that if he isn't the one spending time with her than we will go back to the court order?

Yes, but be prepared for him to say that he will take you to court and try to get more visitation time. He may not do it, but then again you never know.
