3) "If you saw such abuse, why did you not report the abuse?" - To see the child being raped by foster families members who get paid by your country to do so? Wake up and get informed!
4) "You're still married to Mom...why on earth was nothing done before now?" Who said nothing was attempted in the past?

Ok, I am not happier than anyone else is with this guy. However, I can tell you that having been married to an Italian immigrant who had to learn English, its absolutely true that sometimes that what they say in English, is not exactly what they mean to say. Some things just do not translate properly.
Therefore I am going to give him a little bit of the benefit of the doubt, that he did not intend to be so vulgar.
