My mother & father had in their wills that should one go before the other, everything go to the living spouse. Should both be gone, everything split between my brother & I 50/50.
Mom died 1989, dad lived in the house, living another 13 years. He remarried about 4 years after she died, moved in new wife's house. My brother (he's single, never married), lived in that house (I'm married and have my own home, family, etc). He still lives in the house.

My Dad & brother decided they wanted to sell the house about 5 years ago and the title company told them they had to have my signature to do so becuase Dad never had mom's will probated. (Texas).

I refused unless I was paid my portion (I didn't trust the new wife, still don't). Dad got angry, we argued, then didn't speak for 2 years. Meantime, he had me removed from his will.

Do I still have a portion of the house from Mom's will due to me?

My brother now has the house in his name, I don't know how his lawyer did this w/o my signature if I still have part of Mom's will coming to me.
