What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? South Carolina

I got into some trouble mutible felonies.

Leaving the scene of an accident with injury

Resisting Arrest

Stalking

Assault and battery with intent to kill

Possesion of a deadly weapon during commision of a violent crime

damage to personal property in eccess of $1,500

That means I cant own a weapon.

I get stalked, hazed, doped, harrassed. And Im scared. Im considering investing in personal protection basically hiring a friend to defend me if these people try to attack me. He would carry a gun and a license and all taxes paid. But in the back of my mind I think it wouldnt be legal if he were in the car with me. When I need it most. It would be similar to hiring a body guard.
But its my best friend. Can he legally defend me? Especially in the car, because I would be a felon and there would be a gun holstered in my friends belt or whatever. I just want to know can I do that, my bondsman carries a gun and protects me while were in the car. And if my friend went through all the courses and filed al of the paperwork can he do the same?

What did the police say when you reported this?

Sounds like you need to get permission from your parole officer or whomever would need to give it and move far, far away from where you are now.
