I have a felony conspiracy charge to distribute drugs and have been on probatiton for a year and a half with a stay of ajudication or whatever. I recently had my first drug test and I failed......what is going to happen? Will I loose my stay of judication?? I have a year and a day hanging over my head....am I going away for a while?
