What is the name of your state?georgia
my wife purchased our residence 2 years before we were married,she has become disabled.fha says she should be able to aquire another loan.i am the only income. can they count my income for her to get another loan? my name is not on the loan .can they force me to aquire a loan?it will be very embarrassing for her to try to get a loan with no source of income,what can they do if she doesnt get another loan?

Yes. Under FHA you can use your income for the new loan and have both or just you on the new loan. You have a lot of options available under FHA. Just go talk to an experienced loan officer at your bank. They can originate the FHA refi.
