Filing a stipulated agreement or modification without our lawyers?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NC

My ex and I "settled" our issues in July. It wasn't what either of us really wanted, but we were both feeling pressured so we went along with it. Since the lawyers have butted out, we have been able to work together a lot better and we have come up with a new custody schedule which will also result in changes to child support. We are both in agreement.

Since the final orders are entered, can we file a stipulated agreement with the courts without our lawyers? Have the "attorneys of record" likely been cleared so we can do it without them being involved?

Yes. Once you have final orders it is not necessary to use your attorneys for future agreements. However, you have to be very careful on how you word things to avoid vagueness or ambiguities.
