My husband and i had chapter 7 discharge 4 years ago. We have since started a small business that has totally went under. Do we have to wait the 8 years from our personal discharge to file for the business, or can we file under the business name.

If you personally guaranteed the debt to the businiess, filing a Chapter 11 will do you no good. You will still be personally liable.
