FATHER OF 3 BOYS

Guest
I would like to know if I can sue my ex-wife for mental anguish, stress, income loss and denial of my parental rights as a father? Reason being, she removed my 3 boys from their father, family and friends 210 miles away (still in Ohio)without filing the legal documents with the judicial system. Then using every loophole she can find to prevent me from having any relationship with my boys. I have filed numerous contempt charges with no avail, hired big dollar attorneys, seen a court counselor, who has turned a deaf ear, a magistrate who could care less and a judge that only acts on emergency hearings. I have been put through too much anguish and stress. All I want is an equal driving arrangement and reasonable visitation. She fights me every step of the way. I have even went so far as filing a motion for custody and the courts are not listening. I have a ton of evidence against her and still the judicial system does not respond. They have awarded her custody, and I could have lived with that. But, she does not want to meet me half way (100 miles) and refuses to cooperate and the judicial system has let this be ongoing. We have upcoming hearings. I just want to know, when its all said and done, can I sue her or the judicial system for damages???Please respond!!!
Thanks....Bob
