What is the name of your state? OH

i have 2 questions:

1. I posted a message earlier stating that my empolyer did not give me proper pay for my final pay period works after i gave notice of my intent to resign 3 weeks prior to my last day. I was only paid for 32 hours of work during that work week and was not given any unused vacation time that was promised in the personal policy. well they have responded and agreed to pay me the remainig hours owed to me. However, when going over unused vacation time they stated three days that i asked off and I know for a fact that I worked those days and/or they were not vacation days. I know that my employer does not have any written proof of my asking for the time off since they never ask for written forms and I can account for the work i was doing on those three days. My question is should i push the issue for the 24 hours of work due to me or just drop it?

2. My employer has not passed on any information regarding cobra to me after my resignation. i have been told to contact the insurance company. i contacted them and found out that my coverage ends on the 30th of this month. I will be covered by my new employeer by then but doesn't my old employer have to offer me COBRA?

1. That's entirely up to you.

2. Yes, your employer has to offer you COBRA. However, under the law he has 44 days from the end of your coverage in order to do so. Since your coverage hasn't even ended yet it is FAR to soon to consider him in violation of the law.
