What is the name of your state? _OH
I resigned from my previous employer with my 2 wks ending on 1/7/05. On the paycheck I received the following week I received my insurance deduction and again the following week on my 2 week vacation time check. When I contacted my boss he stated he could not term my from the computer until my Dec commission check on 2/4/05. When I asked him about the insurance deduction he stated I was still insured. I received my COBRA paperwork, and it states my last day of coverage was on 1/7/05. Thus, I contacted the corporate office and I was informed that when my boss returns from his trip he will reimburse me the deductions. Are the funds to be reimbursed to me my wages and do they not have to provide my pay within a legally specified time frame?
Thanks in advance!

Wage and Hour laws address payment of wages only, not reimbursement of deductions. You will have to wait.
