What is the name of your state? GA
We renovated our house and met all stipulations that the buyer asked for. At final walk through, today - close is Wednesday, the buyer states that he wants concessions b/c he is not happy with the way a floor came out, and the way the walls were finished in a room. The contract was very vague, I know my fault, but we have met ALL of the stipulations.

They are now stating that unless we give them money at closing (as yet an undetermined amount) they will walk. I know we will get their earnest money, however, we must sell this house to move.

Other than giving them money at closing, do we not have any other recourse?

We met the terms of the contract and they now seem intent on geting more from us, and we cannot lose any more money than we have already since we reduced the price of the house.
Thanks.

**A: another option would be to discount the purchase price by giving the Buyer a credit.
