I would like to know if it is my right as a coop owner to see the monthly recurring expenses broken down by services and cost and a drill down of the general expenses listed on the financial statement.

Also do shareholders have a right to see a maintenance schedule for the support staff of the building. If your advise is to check the properitary lease what should I be looking for. Please advise.
