My son lives with his mom in the state of Colorado (as far as I know). I have been faithful in paying her child support and all other expenses. I write on a regular basis and send him gifts and other things I know he needs. I went out to see him when he was born and visited for a few weeks. Now that he is only six months old she has decided she wants to keep me out of his life. She has refused to cooperate with me to get a parenting plan, to put me on the birth certificate, and now she has even moved and gotten an unlisted phone number. I don't know how to contact her and I have no idea where my son is. Can I file a paternity case to establish a relationship with my son, even if I don't know what county she is living in? What else can I do to legally establish my parental rights?
