What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NH

Recently I was terminated from my position because I was sick, drs took me out of work for 2wks due to diagnosis. I was hired in March, beginning/middle of June I got sick, drs took me out of work for 2wks because they didnt want me driving or possibly putting a patient in danger if I have one of my "spells". I returned to work 6/22, but on my way to work I got into a car accident. I didnt seek medical attention at the time because I wanted to work. I worked a full day, then the next AM I went to the ED to make sure I was ok, to find out that I was hypoglycemic and they send me home for the day. I gave my employer all the drs notes. I got a call that PM stating that I was terminated and that it wasn't going to work out. This just doesn't seem right to me. I am just wondering if what my boss did was just and legal. I am now without a job and when I emailed her after my termination letting her know that I am okay to work per my drs, she said that I was too unreliable.

It may or may not have been just - justice is many times a matter of opinion and there can be more than one opinion as to what is fair, and to whom.

It was legal. You have worked there less than a year which means that you were not entitled to any protected medical leave and the employer was free to terminate your employment for excessive absences. A doctor's note holds no force in law outside of FMLA, which does not apply here.
