What is the name of your state (Wisconsin)?
I am taking my landlord to court over deducting things out of my security deposit that she cannot legally do. I have all of the pictures to prove she did it erroneously. I filed my SC-500 today with the clerk and my court date is set. She gave me a GF-175, Affidavit of Nonmilitary Service to fill out and have notarized.
My first question, is do I have to turn this into the clerk prior to the court date, or can I bring this with me? She wasn't very clear when she tried to explain it and I didn't have extra time to ask her as I was on my lunch break and barely had enough time to fit this all in.
My second question is for bringing in the pictures of evidence. Can I bring a laptop with all of the pictures on it? Or should I print out all of these pictures? I took over 70 pictures when I moved out because you can't be too careful these days. (It paid off
) Do I need multiple copies of the pictures? I'm just trying to get a feel for what works best in this type of situation. This is my first time taking someone to court and I am representing myself. Any insight would be helpful and appreciated. Thank you in advance. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
