What is the name of your state? PA

I had recently posted my issue. My last e-mail to the job recruiter was...Do not send another e-mail to this email address! His reply was...I will you ******* just for wasting my time. To look at your resume that does not qualify as a fit applicant, loser, job hopper.

I did not reply nor have I received another e-mai. Am i to assume i can only turn my cheek after being addressed as a *******, loser, job hopper.

If so I will leave it at that.

Thanks for your feedback

He has still not done anything illegal. It's the most unprofessional conduct I've ever heard of in a recruiter, but he has not broken any laws. You are really better off just ignoring him. When he sees he's not getting any reaction, he'll go away. Let him have the last word; it's not hurting you any.
