Are you in a written lease that says how many days you have to pay the rent with or with out a late fee ?

You continue to owe rent to the owner of the property until your tenancy is terminated. Not knowing the method of foreclosure or even why it's being foreclosed on, it could be a different person than the guy you signed a lease with.

At a minimum you should put the rent aside until you are certain to whom you owe that rent. Your lease protects you until the lease runs out.
