I am looking for someone who can answer a question I have around the forcing teams to use Halpern travel services or be disqualified from a tournament. If you could imagine not all families are able to afford hotel services that Halpern has "connections" with and where the rest of the team members are staying. Surely there are legal concerns associated with this forcing you to "Halpern or else" however, as I am not in the legal field, I can only assume.
If a team member is in this situation financially and books someplace else not using this Halpern Travel are they legally able to disqualify the whole team?
To me it sounds like shared interests...
