how do i foreclose on a house that i bought the contract on. they are 2 months behind now .they are supposed to have insurance, and they dont. please show me how to do how to do this right. thank you for any advice.

Hire an attorney. A foreclosure is too complicated to advise in this forum. Eviction, yes; foreclosure, no.

can i evict without forecloser,the cotract is on a perchase agreement not a lease,it also states they have to provide insurence on the property and they still have not done that.

Not only is it complex, but also taking someone's home away from them is a big ol' darn deal. If you mess up you will be very, very sorry. Get an attorney.

Whose name is the deed in? Your name (the seller?) Or their name (the buyer)?
