Hello I really need some advice on a deal im working on with a family member they had a house that is still in their name. The loan company HSBC started a forcloure and then family member files for bankruptcy and HSBC files paperwork with court saying Charged Off. (ORDER OF DISCHARGE)

Then the paper trail says that HSBC asks and is granted the motion to Disolve Lis Pendens, Dimsiss Complaint and Release The Orginal Documents.

I read the papers over on these and was wondering does this mean my family member still owns the house as the court house shows the title is still in their name and does this mean they own it without the loan attached to it any longer since they filed bankruptcy and the bank charged it off and asked for the complaint to be dismissed?

Thanks in advance.
