What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kentucky
Can a bank Foreclose for escow payments for insurance and property tax. The insurance and property tax have been paid already this year and are good thru 2015.

You are in default if you don't pay the ENTIRE amount due. Most likely they're taking the ESCROW impound portion in preference to the p&i anyhow.
